Terms of Purchase – Roarkn
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of adventure-ready men’s & women’s clothing, bags, and gear (the “Products”) from Roarkn (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (www.roarkn.com) . By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
When you place an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the Products selected. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete/incorrect order information (e.g., missing shipping address details).
Upon successful submission of your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Acknowledgment”). This email is not a confirmation of acceptance—we will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified your payment, confirmed product availability, and processed your order for shipment. The contract between you and Roarkn is formed only when we send the Order Confirmation.
All product prices on the Site are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), and all transactions are processed in USD. We reserve the right to update product prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price charged for your order will be the price displayed on the Site at the time you placed your order (subject to any applicable promotions or discounts applied at checkout). Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect discounts, typographical mistakes) are rare, but if identified after order placement, we will notify you promptly and offer to either adjust the price or cancel the order (with a full refund if payment has already been processed).
2. Shipping & Delivery
We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your Order Confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). After shipment, delivery of your Products will generally take 6–12 business days. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather events, or local logistics disruptions), and we will notify you of any significant delays if they occur.
Roarkn offers free shipping on all orders worldwide. No additional shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout, regardless of your delivery location or order value.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a “Shipment Confirmation” email containing a tracking number (if available) and a link to monitor the status of your delivery. It may take 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
3. Returns & Exchanges
You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged Products (with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact) for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Returns of used, damaged, or modified Products (e.g., washed clothing, altered bags) will not be accepted, unless the damage or defect was caused by our error (e.g., shipping the wrong item, manufacturing defect).
To initiate a return: Send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the Product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a pre-paid return shipping label (for global returns) and detailed instructions on how to package and send the Product(s) back to us. Package the Product(s) securely (using the original packaging if possible) and attach the pre-paid label to the package. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location. You are responsible for ensuring the Product(s) are returned in eligible condition—we recommend retaining proof of shipment (e.g., a tracking number) until your refund is processed.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a Product (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process outlined above to receive a refund for the original Product, then place a new order for the desired Product on the Site.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for eligible returns (as outlined in Section 3) and once we have received, inspected, and confirmed the Product(s) meet our return criteria. Refunds will not include any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., if you choose to use a shipping method other than the pre-paid label provided, unless required by law).
After we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times (typically 1–3 business days for credit cards, up to 5 business days for PayPal).
If your return is rejected (e.g., Product is used, damaged, or missing tags), we will notify you via email and return the Product(s) to you at no additional cost. If an order is canceled by us (e.g., due to product unavailability or pricing errors), we will process a full refund within 5–10 business days of cancellation, using the original payment method.
5. Product Availability
We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on the Site, but occasionally, Products may become unavailable after you place an order. If a Product in your order is no longer available, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and offer either: (a) a full refund for the unavailable Product, or (b) a replacement with a similar Product (if available, with your consent). You may also choose to cancel the entire order and receive a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roarkn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of the Products, including but not limited to delays in delivery, loss of use, or inconvenience. Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Products in question.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site, with the “Last Updated” date indicated at the bottom. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically before placing an order. Your continued use of the Site to make purchases after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
